Venue

Non-profit and private law association constituted by the Municipality of Lisbon, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Embassies of Latin American countries and companies, created in 1998 to stimulate knowledge and cooperation between portugal and Latin American countries.

Its action recognizes four dimensions through two essential axes: Culture and Knowledge, through cultural and artistic activities in the field of ideas and knowledge; Economy and Politics, with activities to promote and develop relations between Portugal and Latin American countries, as well as institutional cooperation.

Location

Casa da América Latina is located on Avenida da Índia, close to the National Coach Museum, the Electricity Museum / Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology and the National Chain. Close to the Tagus River pedestrian area, where you can easily access restaurants, cafes and museums.

How to get there?

If using public transport the solution may include tram, train or bus. If you choose the tram via Rua da Junqueira you will have to use trams number 15 and 18. If you choose the train, the best option is to get off at Belém Station and it has a 600 meters journey (6/7 minutes on foot). If the choice is the bus, all of the following stop at the Casa da América Latina: 714, 727, 728, 729 and 751.

When arriving near the Casa da América Latina there is a free parking with entrance at Rua da Junqueira / Travessa da Galeotas.

Location

LNEC Convetion Center is located on Avenida do Brasil, in the Alvalade area, about 15 minutes from Lisbon Airport and very close to the city center, where you can easily access restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a variety of shops.

How to get there?

If using public transport the solution can include metro or bus. If you choose metro, the exit is at the Alvalade station (Green Line) and has a displacement of 900 meters (9/10 minutes on foot). If the choice is the bus, all of the following stop at LNEC: 717, 731, 750 and 783.

When you reach the entrance to the LNEC campus, you should go to the gate with the indication of visitors (on the left side). After collecting the driver’s data, the security guard indicates the most suitable place to park the vehicle. There are no fees associated with parking on the LNEC campus.
